I love using the Science of Self-Care and the Art of Aromatherapy to create products that help people relax."
Gwen is also leading the "Art in Motion" art activities for the festival.

"I dream about making tie dye. I love not having control of the results. I can guide the dye only so far, then it flows and mixes and breaks as it will. Each piece is unique, made one at a time. It brings me joy and fulfillment to see people wearing and loving my art the way I loved making it."

"Jake Tackett makes fiery, high-drama ceramics—soda-kissed yunomi, sculptural vases, and bowls big enough to baptize a sourdough. Expect crawling glazes, flashing reds, iron-stained blushes, and the occasional glaze named “Pizza Sauce.” It’s all tradition meets chaos, made to be touched, talked about, and definitely not mass-produced.
Jake Tackett builds ceramics at the crossroads of tradition, chemistry, and chaos. Working from old-world methods and modern glaze science, he makes everything from soda fired Appalachian pottery to candy dishes that swear at you. Each piece carries the marks of curiosity, rebellion, and craft—designed to be used, laughed with, and lived alongside. From soda-kissed yunomi to colorful bright, colorful dishes and beyond, Jake’s work honors the past while refusing to stay stuck in it."
