The Bloomington Street Arts Festival began as a grassroots collaboration between local artists and community members, all with one goal in mind: to create a joyful, accessible space for art to flourish in the heart of the city.
What started as a small event has grown legs for a second year of local talent, expression, and culture. From muralists and illustrators to printmakers, potters, and photographers, the festival showcases the vibrant diversity of Bloomington’s creative community.
Now hosted at Nine Mile Brewing, the festival continues to evolve offering interactive art activities, live music, local vendors, and an inclusive space for artists and families alike.
We believe that creativity is a vital part of a thriving community and this festival is our way of making space for it.
Thank you to Springboard for hosting us as our 501c-3 sponsor. We have started collecting donations for festival's performing artists, stocking our activities with paint and supplies for the community, and even sponsoring summer camps for local kids.
